Philipp is a two-time founder and the brains behind AppealSeal. After his recent exit, he decided to put his software engineering skills—and curiosity for AI—to work. He's validated hundreds of comps, trained the system to think like an assessor, and made it smarter (and faster) than anything else out there. Thanks to AI, AppealSeal now finds the best comps your county is most likely to approve, giving you the strongest shot at a "yes."
Marissa — Educator And Believer
Marissa is a marketing maven and the voice behind AppealSeal, the one shouting (politely) that there's free money out there for you. Many of us are overpaying our property taxes, and she's on a mission to give every homeowner the power to stick it to the tax office, respectfully, of course. She's passionate about helping people understand this short window of opportunity before interest rates and property values shift again.
